All services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and successful payment.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and designs created by RedBox Media remain our property until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables (unless otherwise stated).
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide accurate information, logos, and content within the agreed timeframe.

Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
RedBox Media will not be liable for:

Downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or internet service providers.

Loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from using our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice.
Fees for completed or in-progress work will still be payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
