At RedBox Media, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction across all our services, including web design, hosting, LTE/Fibre, and other digital solutions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Web Design & Digital Services: Refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet commenced or no design draft has been shared.

Hosting, Domain & Subscriptions: Due to third-party billing, refunds are not available once the service is activated or domain registered.

Software & Digital Products: All sales are final once the license or download link has been delivered.

Training or Consultation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

Services already delivered or partially completed.

Client delays, changes in preference, or failure to provide content or feedback.

Payment processing fees from Paystack or any other gateway.

3. Refund Process
If eligible:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

A processing or admin fee (up to 10%) may be deducted.
