At RedBox Media, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction across all our services, including web design, hosting, LTE/Fibre, and other digital solutions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Web Design & Digital Services: Refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet commenced or no design draft has been shared.

  • Hosting, Domain & Subscriptions: Due to third-party billing, refunds are not available once the service is activated or domain registered.

  • Software & Digital Products: All sales are final once the license or download link has been delivered.

  • Training or Consultation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already delivered or partially completed.

  • Client delays, changes in preference, or failure to provide content or feedback.

  • Payment processing fees from Paystack or any other gateway.

3. Refund Process

If eligible:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • A processing or admin fee (up to 10%) may be deducted.
