1. Service Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of fibre internet services. By subscribing to the service, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Installation Installation is free unless otherwise stated. Any additional or special installation requirements may be quoted separately and communicated to the customer prior to installation.
3. Payment Terms All payments are due on the 25th of each month. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in service interruption.
4. Late Payment Fees A penalty fee of R50 will be charged for late payments. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Contract Duration and Cancellation The contract is for a fixed period of 12 months from the activation date. After the initial 12-month period. The service will continue on a month-to-month basis. Cancellations must be submitted at least two calendar months in advance. For example. A cancellation request made in February will only take effect at the end of April. Cancellations within the first 12 months of service will incur a cancellation fee of R999.
6. Equipment Any fibre router or equipment provided remains the property of the service provider unless otherwise stated. Upon cancellation. The router must be returned in good working condition. Failure to return the router will result in a charge of R999.
7. Non-Payment and Liability Non-payment of fees does not exempt the customer from their obligation to pay. All outstanding amounts remain due and payable regardless of whether the service has been suspended or cancelled. The service provider reserves the right to take necessary steps to recover any outstanding amounts.
8. Service Availability Service is subject to network availability and coverage. The provider is not responsible for outages caused by third-party network providers but will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.
9. Amendments These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Acceptance By using the fibre service. The customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
