Are you a passionate and results-driven salesperson? Redbox Media is looking for sales agents to sell our professional web design services to businesses and individuals. This is a commission-only position offering lucrative earning opportunities for high performers.

What We Offer:

• High Commission: Earn 40% commission on the markup for every sale you close.
• Recurring Commission: Earn a percentage of the markup for ongoing maintenance or additional services sold.
• Performance Bonuses: Receive additional rewards for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Data Allowance: Get 10GB data monthly to support your outreach and sales activities.

What You’ll Do:

1. Generate Leads: Identify and connect with businesses and individuals in need of professional web design services.
2. Present Services: Explain the features and benefits of our custom web design solutions, including affordability, fast delivery, and tailored designs to meet client needs.
3. Close Sales: Guide clients through the purchase process, ensuring they understand the value of investing in a professional online presence.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Complete a minimum of 2 sales per week or 8 per month to meet performance expectations.
6. Report Progress: Submit weekly sales updates to management for review.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (preferably in digital or creative services).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Access to a smartphone or computer with an internet connection.
• Familiarity with websites and basic digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Willingness to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position, and you will be rewarded for your hard work and success:
