Are you a motivated, results-driven salesperson? Redbox Media is looking for sales agents to sell prepaid data plans on a month-to-month basis to individuals and businesses. This is a commission-only position offering lucrative earning opportunities for high performers.

What We Offer:

• High Commission: Earn 20% commission on the markup for every sale you close.
• Recurring Commission: Earn a percentage of the markup for contract renewals.
• Performance Bonuses: Receive additional rewards for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Data Allowance: Get 10GB data monthly to support your outreach and sales activities.

What You’ll Do:

1. Generate Leads: Identify and connect with individuals and businesses that could benefit from prepaid data month-to-month plans.
2. Present Products: Explain the features and benefits of RedBox Media’s prepaid data solutions, including flexibility, affordability, and no long-term commitment.
3. Close Sales: Guide clients through the purchase process, ensuring they understand the terms and options available.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Complete a minimum of 3 sales per week or 12 per month to meet performance expectations.
6. Report Progress: Submit weekly sales updates to management for review.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (preferably in telecommunications or tech products).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Access to a smartphone or computer with an internet connection.
• Willingness to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position, and you will be rewarded for your hard work and success:

• 20% commission on the markup of each sale.
• Additional bonuses for large contracts or exceeding targets.
• Recurring commissions for renewals.
• 10GB data allowance monthly.
