We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate and driven individuals to help us grow our sales of laptops and cellphones.

Position Overview: We are looking for highly motivated Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. This commission-based role gives you the freedom to work remotely and earn based on your sales performance. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling laptops and cellphones, with the potential to earn 30% commission on the product markup for every sale. You will have access to a monthly 10GB data allowance to support your sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Redbox Media’s range of laptops and cellphones to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve a target of 3 sales per week or 12 sales per month, whichever comes first.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchase process and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful payment and delivery of products.
  • Report weekly sales progress and commissions to management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Redbox Media products and market trends.

Compensation:

  • Commission: 30% of the markup on each sale.
  • Data Allowance: 10GB of data per month to assist with sales-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with online sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Motivated and target-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while achieving performance targets.
